2. Where is the home located?
We currently have a sponsored residential home that is available and located in Hampton, Virginia. It offers a safe, family-style environment with 24/7 care. Check back often as new homes are added regularly.
3. What services do you provide?
At Inclusive Living Solutions, we provide 24-hour, person-centered residential care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Hampton, Virginia. Our services are designed to promote independence, safety, and dignity for every individual we support. We assist with all activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as instrumental activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and housekeeping. Our skilled staff administer and monitor medications, including G-Tube support if needed, and provide reliable transportation to medical appointments, recreational outings, and community events. We focus on behavioral support, skill-building, and goal-setting tailored to each individual’s needs, and we foster community integration by encouraging participation in social activities and building meaningful connections.
4. How can someone access your services?
Individuals can access our services through a referral from their Community Services Board (CSB) support coordinator, which is the most common pathway. However, families, guardians, or other care team members may also contact us directly to discuss availability and begin the process. Once we receive a referral or inquiry, we review the individual's needs and arrange a meeting to determine a good fit and begin the intake process.
5. Are you a licensed and approved Medicaid provider?
Yes. We are fully licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and are an approved Medicaid provider. We accept the Medicaid Community Living (CL) Waiver, which helps eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive person-centered residential care and support in a community setting. Our team is experienced in working with CL Waiver services to make the process smooth for individuals and their families.
6. What if a family or individual has a concern or complaint?
Concerns or complaints can be reported directly to our Program Director or Owner by phone or email. We take every concern seriously and respond promptly and respectfully to resolve any issues. Our goal is to ensure the safety, dignity, and satisfaction of every individual we serve. Families and individuals also have the right to contact the local Community Services Board (CSB), our trained investigator, or the DBHDS Office of Human Rights if they wish to report a concern outside our organization. We are committed to transparency, open communication, and upholding the rights of all individuals in our care.
7. Is your home wheelchair accessible?
Our currently available home has stairs and is not fully wheelchair accessible. We always work closely with support coordinators to assess whether our setting can meet an individual’s needs and to explore reasonable accommodations when possible. We are committed to increasing accessibility and have plans to add more homes in the future, including options that will be fully wheelchair accessible. We encourage you to check back regularly or contact us directly for updates as new homes become available.
