Supporting Independence and Quality of Life
Every individual has unique strengths, needs, preferences, and goals. Our sponsored residential services are tailored to the individual's Individual Support Plan and designed to encourage meaningful participation in everyday home and community life.
Our Residential Support Services
Individualized assistance that supports daily living, personal wellness, and community participation.
24-Hour Residential Support
Round-the-clock care and supervision in a licensed residential setting that supports physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Support is individualized according to each person's Individual Support Plan.
Activities of Daily Living
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as well as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and other household activities.
Individuals are encouraged to participate as actively as possible to develop independence and maintain personal dignity.
Health and Medication Management
Coordination of healthcare appointments, monitoring of overall health, and administration of prescribed medications.
Services may include enteral feeding and medication administration through a gastrostomy tube, commonly called a G-tube, when required by the individual's care plan.
Community Integration and Access
Support with recreational, social, and volunteer activities that encourage inclusion and meaningful relationships.
Transportation is provided to help individuals access community opportunities.
Behavioral Support and Skill Development
Structured routines and proactive support strategies help individuals develop communication, coping, and daily living skills.
Support aligns with Individual Support Plan goals, with collaboration from behavioral specialists when applicable.
Person-Centered Support
Services are guided by the individual's preferences, personal goals, and support needs.
We emphasize dignity, choice, independence, safety, and participation in everyday life.
Building Confidence Through Daily Activities
Everyday activities provide opportunities to build confidence, practice skills, and support greater independence.
We assist individuals with personal care and household routines while encouraging active participation according to their abilities and preferences.

Supporting Individual Health Needs
Health and wellness are important parts of residential support.
Our services include coordinating healthcare appointments, monitoring overall health, and administering prescribed medications as required.
When indicated by the individual's plan, services may also include enteral feeding and medication administration by G-tube.
Support is individualized to each person's assessed needs and documented care requirements.
